Sandeep Krishnamurthy

Sandeep Krishnamurthy is the founding Dean of the UW Bothell School of Business. He received his Ph.D. from the University of Arizona in 1996 and a Post Graduate Diploma in Business Management (equivalent to an MBA) from XLRI in India. He attended the prestigious Indian Institute of Technology (IIT) at Bombay where he obtained his degree in Chemical Engineering in 1988. He joined UW Bothell as an Assistant Professor in 1996 and earned the rank of Professor in August 2009. Under his leadership, the unit’s name changed from “Business Program” to “School of Business”, became independently accredited by the Association to Advance Collegiate Schools of Business (AACSB) and a signatory to the Principles of Responsible Management (PRME) initiative.


Dr. Krishnamurthy is deeply involved with the business community. He launched three speaker series- Meet the CEO, Frontiers of Global Business and the Nintex Leadership Breakfast Series. He helped energize the UW Bothell School of Business Advisory Board and launched a custom executive education program with prominent area companies. The Business and Organizational Leadership Development (BOLD) program was launched under his leadership.


His scholarly work has appeared in journals such as Journal of Advertising Research, Journal of Business Research, Journal of Consumer Affairs, Marketing Letters, Organizational Behavior and Human Decision Processes and Research Policy. He has developed and taught several innovative courses related to Marketing and E-Commerce to both MBA and undergraduate students.

Kimberly has volunteered in several leadership positions including Chairman of the American Institute of CPAs, Chairman of the Association of Certified Professional Accountants, and Chairman of the Maryland Association of CPAs. 


Ellison-Taylor is a sought-after keynote speaker and has received many awards and recognitions for her expertise and leadership including Accounting Today's Top 100 Most Influential People in Accounting and CPA Practice Advisor's 25 Most Powerful Women in Accounting.  In addition to serving as an independent Board Director, Kimberly serves as the Chair of the AICPA’s National Commission on Diversity and Inclusion, Chair of the Maryland Association of CPA’s Education Foundation and is incoming President elect for Beta Alpha Psi.  Kimberly’s career is at the intersection of technology and accounting/finance and most recently she worked for almost 17 years at Oracle where she advised c-suite leaders on digital transformation using cloud solutions. She is also an adjunct professor for Carnegie Mellon University Heinz College where Kimberly instructs on Emerging Technology and Innovation in the Chief Information Officer Certificate program.


Ellison-Taylor is married and has two sons, ages 17 and 18.

Anna Mok

Anna Mok is the President & Co-Founder of Ascend, North America’s membership network of Pan-Asian

business professionals and the co-founder of Ascend Pinnacle, North America’s network of Pan-Asian

corporate directors. Known as a community builder and connector, Anna has a deep passion for

creating economic and educational access and for diversity, equity and inclusion in the workplace and

society. She inspires her team and organizations to make positive sustained societal impacts and is

focused on building leaders to do so. She has demonstrated commitments to the development and

advancement of emerging leaders, women and minorities into senior executive and corporate board

director roles.


Her impact extends beyond the AAPI community with other boards she currently serves on including the

117-year-old Commonwealth Club of California, the nation’s largest and oldest public affairs forum

where Anna was the first Chinese female chairman of and at the United Way Bay Area, where she

recently served as their first chairperson of Asian descent. Anna is also currently the Nominating &

Governance Chair of the Committee of 100 and a Senior Fellow with the American Leadership Forum.

During her distinguished career at Deloitte, she has served in various leadership roles including ones

focused on clients and market growth. Anna is a broad-based leader focused on serving prestigious

companies headquartered across the globe in the high technology, healthcare, life sciences, fintech and

consumer-oriented industries. She is currently the Asia Pacific Leader for the Advisory Practice and a

Global Lead Client Services Partner at Deloitte. Anna was the first Chinese American woman admitted

to partnership at Deloitte, selected as a member of Deloitte’s Board Council and the CEO Advisory

Partner Council.


An immensely curious and creative individual, Anna spends her spare time building public art, pursuing

her love of cooking and entertaining, renovating her Victorian home and exploring nature with her

family and friends.

Kristin Yoshida

Tax professional with over 15 years of experience providing global transfer pricing advice, both as an advisor and in-house specialist, to many multinationals in the retail, oil & gas, pharmaceutical, IT, insurance and FMCG industries. Prior to joining a Big 4 firm, served as the Global Transfer Pricing Manager for an Oil Major for over 6 years. Implemented a Global Transfer Pricing Policy and Process to manage Transfer Pricing exposures throughout the organization, covering more than 110 countries. Also provided advice to new business development opportunities and supply chain optimization initiatives within the company.

Rocky Fong

Vice President of Strategy, Transformation & Corporate Affairs - Corporate Social Responsibility at U.S. Bank

As Vice President of Strategy, Transformation & Corporate Affairs within the Corporate Social Responsibility - CRA division, Rocky is responsible for developing a thorough understanding of U.S. Bank's CRA performance in assign assessment areas and focus categories. Through partnership with Community Development managers and business line leaders, Rocky is able to assess risk and contributes to the development of strategy to ensure a path to outstanding CRA rating. Moreover, Rocky helps creating in-depth performance context report for each assigned assessment area, and play an integral role to analyze potential equity investment opportunities for community development initiatives.


Rocky currently sits on the board of the U.S. Bank Seattle Asian Heritage Business Resource Group as Founding President, and previously on the board of U.S. Bank Seattle/Western Washington Employee Development Network, where he devotes his time to coordinate personal, professional, and volunteer opportunities/events for employees to participate. In addition, he also serves on several local non-profit organizations as executive board member, including American Red Cross and Chinese Information Service Center (CISC). He was nominated as one of the honorees for 2019 Puget Sound Business Journal (PSBJ) 40 Under 40 because of his accomplishments among business, charitable and community service activities, and leadership over the years. He was also nominated as the President of Ascend Seattle Chapter in 2020, the largest non-profit Pan-Asian organization for business professionals in North America with over 40 student chapters and 18 professional chapters across US and Canada.

Roger Davis

Roger C. Davis is originally from Chicago, Illinois, but now lives in Austin, Texas since January, 1987. He is married with three children. He graduated with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Accounting from Florida A&M University in May, 1984. He retired after 35 years serving as an Accounting Analyst and Customer Account Management Representative with 3M in Austin, Texas. In addition, he currently serves as a National Association of Black Accountants (NABA) Lifetime Member, Black Professional Alliance (BPA) Board Treasurer and a Founding Member, Greater Austin Black Chamber (GABC) Board Member, Frameworks CDC Board Member, Austin Area Church of Christ Basketball League Commissioner, and Financial Fitness Greater Austin (FFGA) Adult Essay Contest Chair. 


He has also served in the past as NABA Western Region President, NABA Western Region Treasurer, NABA Austin Cen-Tex President, Financial Fitness Seminar (FFS) Chair, 3M Austin African American Network (AAN) Co-Chair, and 100 Club of Texas Finance Past Committee Member. Jacob Hash

Aisha Kaba

I started my HR career at Western Washington University by being elected as the President of the Northwest Human Resources Association student chapter. Stephen Yandila
